This project is about enhancing the experience for the user and being able to make their travel experience more comfortable as well. I reached my final decisions through the review and research of the already existing app, website and on people who travel constantly. With this project, a design challenge I had to
overcome was finding a way to make a simple app more reliable. One of my methods was laying out the process and navigating through it myself. I put myself in the scenario created and walked through what would be needed, as well as expected to eliminate problems that would make it harder to travel easier. Some questions I asked was, what is the first thing we look for when landing? What do we need but is hard to find? And finally, how do we avoid extra steps for one action?
